Background

When Serneke was to build three new apartments buildings with a brick warehouse character between Säbyholm and the old fishing village Borstahusen, our mission was to market the location and the project.

Solution

 

We developed a concept that is rooted in Serneke’s overall position and dressed the property with name and a sincere and personal tonality that breathes Serneke. The concept is manifested, among other things, through personal stories at a micro-local level. We also presented content for Serneke’s project website and created marketing material.
