Background

In 2015, Lindab acquired the Slovenian ventilation company, IMP Klima. IMP Klima’s business includes products and solutions for ventilation and indoor climate with front edge competence in air handling units and fans. The acquisition represents a strategic step for Lindab to become a global supplier of complete ventilation and indoor climate solutions.

Solution

In order to clarify how this strengthens the overall offering, Lindab needed our help to package the new product area. We developed concept and communication that create conditions for increased awareness, made the sales more effective and strengthen the overall position on the market.
